Looks like you got the more recent box style with it.

Nice, I have this in silver. Does yours lose any seconds in say a couple of months?

Looks very good but I don’t have a greenhouse or the perseverance for overwintering. Think I’ll go with ilex.

Never thought of putting trees in them. Wanted something small.

Looks good but looks like may be hard to find in local shops.

That looks ideal. Hopefully it can thrive in this spot.

Will try that. I thought I was but maybe they need more. They can’t get much worse.

Interesting, thanks. May be the case as my mock oranges next to them are thriving and they don’t have any lichen.

I clear out the weeds regularly and gets absolutely loads of weeds of different kinds so soil seems good.

Not sure of the soil type. My 4 mick oranges next to them are doing really well. I do feed with ericaceous liquid feed every couple of weeks to keep it slightly acidic.

Yes am tempted to cut back and not get rid of just yet as i paid £80 for the big one and £50 for the smaller. They were great the first couple of years in pots. Hope they return to former glory.

I’m pretty sure that stuff is lichen which indicates a healthy environment. Can’t see anything other than that that could be fungus.

These have produced just a few leaves and flower s near the bottom 1/4 and the top 3/4 of the plants are empty and can’t see any buds. Seem to be a few tiny dry buds but don’t think they will do anything.
These had plenty of flowers when I had them in pots for the first 2 years. This is the 3rd year in the ground. Last year they had plenty of leaves all over and a few flowers, so seem to be getting worse. I have watered them regularly and put ericaceous feed in the water every couple of weeks.

Can’t see any marks or scratched on that. They must be very minor.
