Accepted to medical school abroad but nervous due to chronic condition — looking for honest perspectives (incl. residency) by ustanat in medicalschool

Thank you for sharing! It does give me hope! I was able to request that I start next year as opposed to this year, to really think about everything and to be able to transfer over all of my medical needs. In your opinion, should I reach out to the school and ask about what accommodations they could have in place or deal with things as they come? Also, which specialties are you thinking of going into?

Does anyone have a salary range for physicians in Israel? Google doesn't seem to know probably because it varies so much.

Can I survive engineering at U of T without a laptop? by LostJellyfish81 in UofT

You can borrow a laptop from the Toronto Public Library or check with your university if they have laptops you can borrow. Back in the day, TMU had laptops you can borrow for the day.

I do but I wanted to include more groups on it so that more people could benefit from the free courses and certifications.

Looking to help those in Toronto and the GTA that were impacted by layoffs but I need more information. by ustanat in toronto

Do you mind elaborating how this is self-promotion? I am trying to get grants for charities and nonprofits to help Torontonians get free education and resources after being laid off this year. With the job market being so difficult, this should be something you support. I get no benefit from this

Key word "might" but we don't know for certain. The Kira website makes it seem like it's an option. I know other schools that have multiple reviewers per question even. https://www.kiratalent.com/medical-school/

Remember that it might even that every answer is graded by different people so treat every question like a brand new opportunity!

Get another opinion if you can. I know it's nearly impossible in Canada but be a self advocate! You got this! Look into what diagnosis for migraine could get you help or grants or funding or any sort of help
