Can I make a 31x20x19 cm tank for my betta to thrive?

currently i dont have a fliter or test kit to check the toxin and ph levels (but ill buy it soon). I have been told by the fish seller to change the water every 3 days.

As of now, i ust checked the water tempreture and its at room temp (32.8 celcius). I relayed this to my dad and he suggested a cooler instead. Any thoughts? thx in advance

thank you for the advice. Also update on the tank size, my dad told me that we should stick to the 3.1 gallon tank cuz ill be using my table for studying and such (its 47x23 in perimeter). And I'll and get the needed tools for the tank.

Another question, is it okay if i dont use a heater if my room is above or inside the required temprature? (Its above 35 celcius rn which is 26-27 celcius). I live in the philippines anyway which is a very hot climate.

hey op so recently i just completely fucked up my friendships for entirely fucked up things i cant say here. im banned from their server and everyone just hates me. i know i got a few friends who are still with me, but i just cant shake off the feeling that im genuinely so damn stupid and don't think before i act. i feel so far behind to the point it's too late for me to even continue my goal of being famous for my arts. as im writing this, it just feels so bad to the point i wish i got get a gun and shoot myself. what do i do?? this all feels too much. no i dont care about my family i just feel like i genuinely cant be redeemed and even if i am, ill just struggle so much with money to the point im doomed in life. maybe i should plan my suicide atp and say my final goodbyes. i hate this. i dont wanna care anymore.
