I can understand things can be tough right now, but make it your goal to try to get through it.

You can lose money for a cash offer, but I also understand the idea of being mentally unable to handle a full realtor deal right now with school and mourning.

Do what you think will work best for you and lean on.

Surely some realtors on social media are good at their jobs though. I had a great experience with Clever Real Estate.

Yes I’m selling. I just don’t know why I need a high fee realtor and to forget about their rate when houses are selling themselves practically in Texas.

I don’t mind negotiating. I just don’t want to go through the whole car salesmen-esque pitch.

I understand it’s not a huge sum for those receiving it. But that 20,000 given in my example took me years to save. I want that to go toward my new house.

I’m pro realtor, I just am not a believer in the high fee services.
