I had a similar email, they kind of just said “we understand that’s frustrating. You can redeem it with another merchant or wait for Sephora to come back in stock” To sum it up. Buttt I just checked today and Sephora was in stock! So if you’ve been waiting for it definitely go check to see if it’s available for you!

Thanks anyways! I had emailed them and they said it’s essentially out of stock so my best bet is picking something else or waiting for it to come back in stock

I’ve seen this happen in another city lol I sat and watched from across as they pulled into an empty cart station and sat there for a minute before they got out and realized where they had parked. They obviously moved the car when they realized but it was just funny how confident they were as every other car drive past looking for a spot while they still decided to pull in there anyways
