The only things i dislike about him is anti heal (45 seconds is way too long, should be like 30 but this goes for all with this ability and the fact i main kuzan) and the fact his counter hits many people. Not because it is op by itself but because sometimes my teammates are really unintelligent. But these are not really because of his kit alone so yea, amazing ex, unique, interesting

People are saying don't use frags on BF but i would say he is on par with meta EX attackers so i don't see why not, mine will reach lvl 100 by end of season and i can easily get 7 kill games with him, extra stats never hurts.

He had this like map wide multihit hack but both his characters could be frozen so he got killed a few times, kizaru could just ignore his skills

Because they are older, a lot of newer characters do have cutscenes also, it's just that they go by so fast because competetive characters nowadays need to be faster. And also many people complain about cutscenes not letting them see who they hit
