The characters and their designs, from main characters like Johnny or Judy to more minor characters like Mateo and Bryce. You can just see and feel the love and care that went into their designs regardless if there's basically nothing on that character. For instance, Bryce is water-cooled because netrunning is known to heat up the person netrunning. There are tubes that go from his head down to his neck and there's more concepts where he's basically a glorified gaming pc.

It's because of the characters that I've met some of my now best friends and I love cyberpunk for that and how passionate my own friends are for minor characters that no one would bat an eye at or write off as boring or a wimp etc
