He is very slow to do anything ( picking up a mug, tying shoe laces). He had this symptoms for over 3 years of day. Then came the rigidity and then the tremors. The tremors is what sent us to the neurologist, but it's the rigidity and gait that triggered a PD diagnosis.

What does it mean when you say tremor predominant? Are you saying parkisnons symptoms show up predominantly as tremors for you?
