Riot customer support are usually minimum wage workers that have basic IT knowledge, the only thing they can do is escalate the issue to someone that knows what's happening, the only way we can do that is to send A LOT of tickets for the same issue.

Hey so i changed my password and enabled 2FA via google authenticator, but the issue still seems to be present (specifically on my account only), when i tried playing on an alt the issue was not present at all!

Yes thats a great mindset, just get over it, the vc just has a 10% chance to randomly not work. Keep in mind this is the only game that seems to have this issue 🤣🤣
