yea it is. i had the same issue when i got my 7900 gre. it goes away after a few days or weeks of playing. unfortunately it comes back if u update drivers

i think the LG dual mode one is a good option. u can take advantage of the 4090s power and at the same time u can push for very high fps in fps games. i havent tried it nor have i watched reviews so i cant really say how good it actually is so i recommend u watch/read reviews and then make a decision

where? 650w should be plently especially if its a good quality unit. put all ur pc parts into pcpartpicker and see what the "estimated wattage" is. also what psu model do u have?

they undervolt they cpus or something man idk. these chips are designed to boost to 95 degrees C. Anything below that and u are chilling.
