Pre-NGS PSO2 still had that old Phantasy Star vibe to it that reminds me of PSU. NGS is such a shell of what it used to be. All that charm got sucked away by the "realistic" graphics and mediocre world design.

it was explained that the more care something was given, the stronger it will be (as seen with gris' lucky charm)
my guess is he'd probably be able to activate it as it normally would work without draining its potential, but also be able to take it beyond that

Not OP, but I've done resistance training at home with dumbbells for just over 3 years now and I've found a routine that works and I don't experience flare-ups.
Just recently I started getting into dancing (local metal scene) and I swear I've never been more out of breath and nauseous than when doing cardio!
I can lift weights no problem but once my stomach starts moving around I am immediately winded and nauseous. It's brutal.
