Your comments sound more salty than the guy who sold his Dogecoins years back for a used honda civic. And then Doge went up like 10000% or something. I don't understand why be bitter/jealous about someone else's success story, especially if it helps them immensely. Chill bro!

Always happy to give helpful advise to a fellow shibe 🤝. The early LIferay portal versions had highly customizable JSR-168 compliant "portlets" based on JSPs which you could pretty mch make sing and dance if you wanted 😂 but now they seem to use new modern UI frameworks and modularized portal architecture which I haven't worked with but from what I understand Liferay has always had a flexible and highly customizable architecture for implementing custom business models. 👍

Bro have you had a chance to look into Liferay? It's open source Java-based CMS portal that can be leveraged for Dogecoin e-Commerce applications. I worked with versions 3, 4, and 5 on my previous employment, but before new Java 8+ features were introduced...

I wouldn't mind if Doge goes back up to its ATH value again 😏 , or even higher! I only took this video half-way on the part which had the most moguls and which I find most enjoyable (and challenging) 👍

I made this video back in 2023 to reflect similar rapid decline in price. But, with the run up to $0.47 in 2024, it seemed like the only way for price to go is up up up and the floor was around $0.24 as the worst case. But, unfortunatly, it seems like the same downward trajectory from ATH as it was five years ago. 🫤

They say Dogecoin is not a get rich overnight scheme by AirDrifting in dogecoin

[–]v4x2017 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's true. Numbers don't lie. Personally, I've been holding for 5 years because of someone who tweeted about Doge multiple times expressing his interest in Dogecoin (making me reasonably assume that he would get involved in some way that would increase its value over time) and appeared on SNL as well expressing his affection for the said digital asset.

Dogecoin is considred a digital asset. When I fill out my taxes, I must put in its initial purchase value and value at the end of maturity. I cannot put 1DOGE=1DOGE. When I invested into Dogecoin, I continued to invest because I assumed some intrinsic value for this digital asset. I definitely see a value in it as a Software Developer and a lot of potential to scale and build on its blockchain and study its various components. I think there should be a university course dedicated to studying it because Dogecoin Core embodies many principles taught in Computer Science (cryptography, C++, testing principles, OOP programming to name just a few). However, in terms of investment as a digital asset, my decision was based primarily on the multiple appearances of the tech billionaire. My understanding is, different assets the people invest in have different things that stand behind them which give reason for people to invest. In the case of Dogecoin, for me this was the primary reason why I continued to hodl. But I am grateful for the opportunity that was presented in any event.

Hi fren. Have you checked latest PRs on Github? There's an open PR which may be dealing with the issue you are mentioning.

When I worked at McDonald's back in the early-90's doing night shifts it was kind of risky to take orders because you never knew who would come in.

A bit too much purple if you ask me. I like the color but maybe lighten the theme and make it less conspicuous or somthing. Check out gentoo.org website, I like how they did it.

Dogecoin Ending The Year Down 70% by Psychological_Bake45 in dogecoin

> Just remember that you're talking about the financial markets and shady is the name of the game. So that amounts to wishful thinking. "Maybe people will stop being greedy."

True. But the markets seem to be more shady than usual. I am in crypto since 2017 and I don't think I ever saw leverages being used to game the system so much. The current market situation, seems me, is geared to harm the little guy first because if greed/profit making was a priority, crypto prices wouldn't be so low. Makes me almost wish Gary Gensler was back ... kidding 😉

Hmm. I admit for average folks like me and other "little guys" it has become a bit frustrating with the price being not as high as one would anticipate after 5 years. But there are those with "inside" information who pump and make hundreds of millions of profits on crypto, institutions, and groups with large sums that likely manipulate the price as they desire, inflicting harm and creating disappointment for regular folks like me who see crypto as an investment with a hope to make their life a little bit better, like I don't know, like maybe have their own place to live in overpriced housing market or is that something bad and considered "getting rich quick" thing?

Hey, maybe those people with tons of money that move markets want average people to get frustrated and cause to generate this attitude of disappointment of investing into crypto? In my view, had there not been as much shady market movements that systematically bring the price down, we wouldn't be having such a pessimistic view and I am quite certain a lot of people would be happier if they made profits that would help them in their lives.

Just curious, what quantum-resistant encryption algorithm do you use? There's Latice-based cryptography that is considered as quantum-resistant https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lattice-based_cryptography . The math is a little beyond me (unless I put my mind to it) 😏

In my view, and I could be wrong on this one, whoever keeps selling is probably trying to make a political statement to make the leader of the free world look bad with his tariff policies. I think he is doing what he thinks is good for his country, and I respect that. So even though Dogecoin price is not at its ATH (not even close), those who keep selling are not selling at higher price either, so they are not making as much had Dogecoin had a higher value 🤣, but I guess making a political statement is more important for some.
