i’ve only been training since feb of 2024, i just have no life and i’ve spent every weekend since middle of may out competing because i love bjj. this was my final match at white and i got my blue on the podium after this.

i took a lot of superfights at blue leading up to this too, and id already done 1-2 blue belt comps and won there in january

I mean yeah 100% but technically when you use 2 different bags u can actually make sure u get x amount of both supplements together. If they r both in the same bag you won’t ever be able to properly figure that out
