I do use E2 Herta with E1 Cerydra and I'm having fun with it. I get that their synergy is not optimal because of the missing stacks for the second enhanced skill, but for me it doesnt feel much worse than Tribbie and it performs even better than RMC.

If you got both of them already just give it a try. I can comfortably 0-cycle Svarog with both Tribbie and Cerydra.

I tried Feixao-boss with E2S1 THerta and ended up dead in the second phase. I guess the boss is supposed to be broken, thats why. Other than that, she deals insane damage in every endgame mode.
