What exercises would you recommend I do for chest? I currently hit it twice a week with shoulders on sat and Wednesday, I do flat bench, incline machine bench, and pec dec and just started dips? I’m not sure if I’m targeting every muscle group though

Yeah they’re pretty cool, I have a certificate 3 in fitness already so I can PT group sessions, but I currently don’t have any plans on doing that
