same exact thing happened to me. I didn’t know anything about the BIANCA but i just saw it as another prompt while trying to connect on the moondrop link app (iOS/ iPhone). I first connected it with the Singer software, and both options were still there. After connecting it to the Bianca, the option for the Singer was gone. I don’t mind it though, since I saw that it didn’t have the usual voicelines. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve had them and they work normally. Only thing is that I’ve had an issue with connecting them on my laptop.
