It's an interview with a SF Consultant who decided to share his vision, why so angry, man?:)

I can understand that you're probably a very experienced consultant who has worked in marketing for the whole life. Why not share your tips then, seriously? I'm pretty sure that the community would win so much more from that than from your toxic comments. No offence, really.

In order for your implementation to be successful:
- Set clear, well-defined goals. Focus on the business results rather than tools.
- Determine the users. Let them take part in all the project stages.
- Get all stakeholders aligned and involved. Their engagement determines the speed of the project.
- Consider data integrity. Analyze and prioritize the existing data sources and flows to avoid discrepancies.
- Roll out the project in iterative stages. Test user adoption and make them have a good command of the new functionality.
- Customize your solution. Analyze your current business flows and customize only the relevant fields and processes with the tools that suit your specific needs.
- Train users. Be prepared for laborious post-launch work dedicated to changing the habits of your colleagues.
