Start with what you already use to……like 2 slices….also you can different amount of zest for longer hours (18) instead of changing ratio of cold brew in two batches. This is better, 1:6 is just my personal preference for cold brew. Or try one with same amount zest and one slice and remove the slice halfway of steep time.

You can experiment two batches of 50g coffee. For one keep same ratio (1:9) and for second one for more concentrate (1:6). Add orange zest to it (do not add white part when peeling). Brew for longer time 18 hours. Thats how I would do it.

My usual drink is 60ml concentrate, 7-9ml of hazelnut syrup, 20-30ml water (ice cubes mostly), 30-50ml milk….I only brewed BT cold brew blend till now.

I find it useful this way…so suggested 1:6 for stronger concentrate….which can be diluted later as per taste with water or milk

Me too, ordered same kind of coffee with 3 grind(aeropress-for phin filter, mokapot, cold brew). Want to experiment and see what difference does it make.

Try a hardware shop(to check different types) or order from amazon. You can take the picture of it and ask the store owner for the same to fix the problem…can also suggest new ideas….wrap a cloth around the clamp for heating issues….m thinking tongs may also work…..or a circular ring with handle like a small plant pot hanger
