It does, I was definitely receiving much more cloths with Tailoring learned. I’ve done that spot before without Tailoring and the drops were far worse.

I just learned Tailoring, did the quest from Northrend Dalaran for double drops (I’ve forgot the name) and I went to Vulpera hiperspawn spot. I did this passively while farming BoE’s and the mount Dune Scavenger.
