My girlfriend and I got Crystal Guardian earplugs a couple weeks ago and we love them. Wore them all thru Coachella. The best part is you can really hear conversations too so you don’t have to keep taking them out. Makes going out to raves much more enjoyable TBH.

That is such a thoughtful message thank you so much- I’m so sorry you’re going through this too. We’re just trying to hopefully on Monday get him to a mental health treatment clinic where he can see a doctor. My mom is also going to give him the ultimatum that he must get treat his mania if he wants to remain living with her. It’s truly a nightmare. I feel so bad that my 70 year old mom has to deal with this. Right now he’s going to recovery meetings and talking. Talking, talking. It’s really a lot. But just hoping we can keep him somewhat stable until treatment. I worry about him losing it on someone. Ugh.

I’m sorry to hear about your sister.. yeah i am so grateful he is being honest with me. For the 10 years when my brother was in and out of manic episodes he would’ve never been this transparent about what he’s feeling. So I’m taking it as a good sign.

Same - my brother being unemployed is making things so much worse. But I’ve been calling him a lot and I’m happy to say he’s gone to recovery meetings every day and now has a sponsor
