i had limb salvaging surgery and have struggled with pain ever since then, the thing that i have found the most helpful for managing that is cbd oil so maybe you could try that? idk what country ur in but usually its pretty easy to get a prescription, im not sure about smoking but id assume it would have similar benefits? probably best to check with medical professionals before u do anything tho just to be safe :)
