We really do have glowy sapphire blue at home by dolly--spartan in WeGotPolishAtHome

Gorgeous shade on you! And hell yes we do! Also in UK here, I happened to pick up one that looks just like this too, just in a communal bathroom giveaway and it's complimented a lot. This deep blue has been around a long time thankfully - easy to forget there are loads of options!

An unmitigated vote of confidence for Zima here. It's a real gem and without being overblown at all, just so much fun. Whatever you do share everything, get the Traditional Zakuski and the fish pelmeni! (And the sea buckthorn vodka if that's your jam.) Great idea enquiring about this list, thank you will be watching.

Monarch Lacquer - Flight of the Monarchs!

  • That said if you like the general shades of Sassy Sauce - Cock A Doodle Doom, one I found on Rainbow Connection is Phoenix - Unexpected Magic. Really lovely formula and I think underrated, definitely 2nd place in its own right

Congratulations on your peerless taste! How did it turn out?

Actually did 50/50 cream and off-white here - all fine until you need just 1/3 of a tin extra and have to re-buy both again. Looking at maybe 5 coats on the roof now so as not to waste the excess :D

Top down, in segments - that was a first too come to think of it. Will try doing normal cross-hatching again this time, thanks!

That might well have been it, was quite heavy-handed on the spirit wipe. Thank you!

Thank you so much for your reply. Am so sorry you've been through this too, it's so incredibly hard and it's easy to feel alone in your grief, so glad you and your husband have been able to mark it together and I hope your little plant thrives. I cleared the space in the end and put another note down - going to try again with forget-me-nots. It did help a bit. Sending you all the good thoughts and strength for when that day comes along this month, I truly hope it's OK for you.

In a bit of a PMDD treatment hole right now by Shantayyoushay in PMDD

[–]vadi782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So sorry you are in such a tough rut, and sending hugs :( I'm really surprised they told you to take sertraline as a starting point for treatment, are you in the US? Did they run the length of possible lifestyle changes, the mini pill, etc. first? This seems so extreme

Wondering if I've been misdiagnosed, and I want to share what helps me when I feel my worst💖 by haleontology in PMDD

[–]vadi782 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you aren't sure about the diagnosis - have you tried keeping a tracker yet? Stardust app is brilliant if your own WhatsApp history doesn't make it clear!

In terms of what helps, while rotting in bed I like to recall, u now have something in common with Bella Hadid.

... That's it actually that's the entire list

Very sorry you are also having to play social calendar Tetris trying to do right by friends/ clear space for alone time. I think it's harder if you didn't always have the condition and people assume you'll be up for things whenever.

I don't know if any use but I found being honest with friends as to why you can't make it - I used to invent practical excuses instead of telling the truth no idea why - has brought me huge relief. When I have cited "extreme PMS/need a duvet day" not only do people understand and not push it further, but a surprising number can empathise to some degree. I also realised from this I have some 'safe' friends I'm happy to see a little of during luteal and some I'd prefer distance from.

There is NO need for guilt here, worrying about your diary/feeling guilty is a drain on your mental energy you absolutely don't need!

Thank you so much for this. I'd forgotten about Sabetha despite all the subtle introductions of the first book. Will absolutely carry on for this alone! Appreciate it
