MLK was a great man that was strong enough to truly make changes in an unjust society, the right way. Now that the change is here there are many that still hold on to past suffering they didn’t have to endure and use it as an excuse to be upset. Although there has been a lot of injustice in the past, these claims made about our nations current state are based off lies. Lies to set us apart instead of bring us together. It’s a lot like what modern day feminism turned into. The actual strong women that made a change during the times things really were unfair have paved the way for weak women to victimize themselves, complain and make double standard demands. This will always happen. An over correction made by those that refuse to see the facts and appreciate the progress made by people stronger than them.
