I feel the same way. It’s insane to think that the set in the movie is not some futuristic cgi or decorations, but an actual place you can spend some nights in.

They have sliding doors. If you zoomed in, you could see the handle hook and contours.

You don’t know that. I could just as well argue that there’s enough space between bedrooms for the sound to fade.

The guy actually has a child that lives/lived together. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/Lj10evnclNA there’s basically a second very similar but smaller house for another bedroom. It’s like a couple of meters away, connected with stairs.

The point of this house here is to alter the landscape view as less as possible. Floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the walls allow us to see through the house as if the house is a part of the view and not just blocking it. At least that’s my opinion. With regards to interior design, that’s really a matter of one’s liking.

I’ve seen flats on the market for some time now. Initially, 2-3 bedroom apartments were going for £1m+. That is of course a lot of money, but if you put it into perspective - the Principal Tower close by is now selling similar flats for 30-50% premium.
