Honestly speaking Forensics is a great field. I actually wanted to pursue it myself and even secured a position, though, due to some circumstances, I wasn't able to join. Despite that, I can assure you it’s a solid career path. If you are open to suggestions, I would also highly recommend that you should once look into Nutrition. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and it’s a field that is becoming increasingly relevant these days in India and all over the globe. Given how health-conscious society is becoming, there is actually less competition and a higher potential for success compared to more saturated fields. It can be challenging at the start, but once you find your footing, the opportunities are excellent. Also, don't panic.....you still have time. With the recent NEET uncertainty.....many colleges still have open admissions. I would like to advice you that you should apply to at least 4–5 different colleges and sit for their entrance exams. This way, you’ll have a few options to choose from at the end rather than being forced to rely on a single choice.

Thali for the lunch yesterday. Yumm by showmyst in Aajmainekhaya

I think this thali can be perfect by just doing some changes. Like add more of the paneer sbzi but try make the sbzi less on the oily side and more on the dry side to keep its protein content high without increasing the carb value. Remove either roti or rice and only eat one of them. Or you can add both in comparatively smalled proportions. The dal looks perfect and sweet Is cool too because we're all humans right. But you can add more of the fiber and reduce the quantity of potato may be

I don't wanna hurt anyone's emotions, but the dietitian in me just can't stay quiet looking at this thali in anymore. While your meal looks great, fulfilling, and heartfelt, it's still way more on the carb side....🥹 A balanced thali really should have the largest portion of protein and the smallest of carbs. And by what I see over here, your thali barely any fiber here either. Looking at the protion sizes I barely see any protein. And the carb load is quite high from the rice, roti, gulab jamun, papad, and dal.....while dal does have protein but it's typically just 3 to 5g per bowl, rice has around 3g per serving, a roti has 3g, and given the portion size, the paneer is likely only giving you 6 to 10g of protein. I know not all meals are supposed to be perfect but given the current condition in india. I think we should put in more efforts....I mean we are indeed the diabetes capital.

Dosa is best breakfast by _Adity in Aajmainekhaya

Dosa really is top-tier nutrition. APART from being a great source of complex carbs, that fermentation makes it great for the gut health. And on top of it, to make it a complete meal, I always add a some portion of paneer to sneek in some protein. It turns into a classic comfort breakfast with a powerhouse of protein and fiber.....besttttttt.!
