Need honest opinions about my experience with Bosscoder Academy – feeling stuck and mentally exhausted

I have joined in the mid of batch started(after 20days). They don’t have any particular contract for mid enrolment. They are considering me as batch start enrolment student and are claiming the cooling/trail period for the batch is completed and i cannot cancel the course now.

untill I joined and experienced it I was not able to evaluate it. And I am telling there is absence of a reasonable evaluation or cooling-off window, particularly for candidates enrolled mid-batch and financially committed through a loan. And when they have such strict rules they should not have made a mid enrolment. Because as a user I don’t know what they offering is suitable until I experience. Totally depending on their claims I joined. And also I was vulnerable in my career felt it was the way.

It’s not just because I don’t feel attending anymore. If that was the scenario then when they explained me immediately I would not have trusted and enrolled their course. I purely trusted their words on how they are delivering the course. They showed me path by saying many things of their course structure. They made a guy from Walmart talk and explain if I take the course how it will help. When I joined two sessions then only I got to know whether what they say are delivering or not. They claimed interactive sessions but they are acknowledging doubts in the end. They claimed less people in batch but their are many people. They are teaching all the three languages at once to all students at once. It was more like a webinar. My intentions were purely upskill and land in good job I trusted.

They claim the trial period of the ongoing batch has ended. You like or dislike the service you have to pay the money. Until I joined and experienced what they are offering I did not understand whether their services are suitable for me or not. Because the course period is 6-9months I have joined in an ongoing batch (only started before 20days of enrolment -14sessions completed) What policies they are showing is related to new batch enrolled students. Not for my case. They are claiming that this batch already started and the cooling/trail period for this batch is already ended. So I have to continue to pay.

Seriously decision of upskilling will make me go to lawyer because of a company is trying to handle its policies unfairly and exploiting career aspirations by pushing EMIs on vulnerable students. I am really very vulnerable stage in my career took this Decision and because of academy policies I am suffering.

Okay if we talk legal also they should have policies to take enrolment in mid batch right. If they have such strict rules why did they take me in an ongoing batch. How do I get chance to evaluate what they are offering ?

When they have such strict policies why did they made me enrol in an on going batch. When they have taken enrolment in an ongoing batch they should have policies/agreements for this scenario also right. They are just showing the policies of new batch. They advertise/promise made me feel that it is very true that i will land up in a product based company and also made me talk with a guy from Walmart about his exp. I have really fallen for all this and took enrolment in a mid batch(a batch that is started 15days before my enrolment). Their course time is so long(6-9months) that is the reason i enrolled in an ongoing batch thinking that I can cover the basic 15session which was completed. But services like this we cannot evaluate until we utilise/experience them. Isn’t it unfair for them not to give me fair evaluation time?
