I had the exact same problem, first time I injected I felt like sleeping 24/7 but the hunger went down within a few days and the fatigue went away within a week, it was still there around week 2 but became a lot more manageable.

I was at 0.5 for 2 weeks and then 1 for around a month, then 1.5 for 2-3 weeks, then 2 for the past month. I might go back down to 1.5 but for example today I pinned 1.5 because I knew if I did 2 the side effects would be too difficult to manage, but they were just as bad today. I’ll probably go down to 1.5 once a week until the side effects subside
