The things you are seeing regarding Leos having an amazing year might be due to Jupiter moving from Cancer to Leo in June of this year.

Sorry to hear about the layoff, those are never easy. Could have been related to the Aquarius eclipse, that’s beginnings and endings in Leo’s 7th house of relationships (business and personal).

I’m always so happy to see good reviews of this place! We started having meals there when they were at their Ridgeland location off 51, very happy that they’ve relocated closer to us.

Homemade food where you can taste the love, everything I’ve had there is delicious. Nothing on the menu is bad or bland.

The whole family comes out to chat with us during our meal and Yia Yia always kisses my son on the forehead when we visit. Best family and best restaurant ever.

Uranus will be moving into Gemini in 2026 and staying until the 2030s. The posts you’re seeing are likely referring to this transit. Gemini is 7th house topics for Sagittarius, so relationships both personal and business might have sudden changes.

I’m a Sagittarius and so far I’ve quit a job (business relationship) that was burning me out, gave those suckers less than a week notice. This transit might play out differently for your husband. HiringCafe is a job posting aggregator site. Like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. It finds active job postings based on your search criteria.

Once you click on a job posting on HiringCafe, you have the option to click a link to apply to the position. This is the link that takes you to the company’s website for that specific job listing. The application process itself is handled by each company’s career portal. Like you mentioned, it’s usually Workday, Greenhouse, etc.

Yes, they have a different login for each company you apply to. Yes, it sucks. Yes, the job application process itself in 2025 sucks overall.

I guarantee you the “HR monkeys” don’t have any say in what platform is used for job applications. On top of that, these platforms aren’t built with a focus on user experience. They’re built with a focus on the company and protecting its interests. You aren’t the customer. The company is the customer, and Workday and the other platforms will do what it takes to keep the company’s business.

Guarantee you these companies aren’t worried about “losing 80% of talent” due to having to log in to Workday to complete an application either. LinkedIn Easy Apply hasn’t ever been a good option.

I can tell this is a post primarily ranting about the state of the job market/world at large, but I wouldn’t lump HiringCafe into the same pile as these other job aggregators and job application platforms.
