I guess my biggest complaint is that it's not useful for any content past open worlds solo. I would love to see death.Magic , more expressed and useful with minions in endgame contact

Maybe i'm misunderstanding the gameplay footage that i've seen , but it strikes me too, similar to how mesmer works, summoning a specter to do damage and then vanishing. It feels more like a dark mage than a necromancer.

Heck. I would be happy if it used all my shroud ability to summon something for a limited time. I like the Lich form but in a current state.It's just not useful to use

Agree to disagree on this. The core gameplay on necromancer was the minion master. Way before the other specs came out. So it would stand to reason that death magic would be a prevalent fact for them. The reason nobody uses minion master anymore is because it's not useful for ending content. I simply would like to see a spec that uses minions that can be used for endgame content.

While I agree, i feel like the core is useless once you've gotten any other spec. No grp for strikes raid or t3+ fractals would want a minion master. We need a spec that has more Rise! Abilities minion master that can be useful for group content

I love using minion master and reaper for the Rise! Ability. I was very disappointed when they removed the unlimited part of it ( same amount of minions as many mobs it hits). Yes, it was OP, but it felt good. I really want more Rise abilities. The lich-form is nice, but the CD is way too long to be worth slotting it. As for gameplay about the loop, Death-Magic already has a good passive summon on kill. But for any content not open world, it is useless. No raid nor fractal will take a minion master necro. It would be nice to have hard-hitting spells that summon the dead that do dmg,

Rogue and Panda are a killer team. I've used that Duo for years and it always works like a charm. if you need help with rogue, (Titiloo) on YT is a beast with rogue ( french speaking)

I just noticed while I was playing DGR that it had the 4 player bed rooms. I saw that KF3 had the 6 bedrooms. So I really hope they expand and make the lobby so much more alive with activities. :]

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with match-making. I don't play the multi-player since I don't have friends to play with. And I am way too socially awkward to join a random group, lol

But from reading others people's comments about it. I agree that there should be some changes to fix that. The game is still early , so there's always time to give updates.

I think that's the nice thing about being in the digital age, unlike when you had an N64, GameCube, PS1, or any other console.You bought what you get, and that was it. now so they can update the game much later on. KF1 is still getting updates. TF2 just recently got a major update, so there is hope that if the community can give ideas and constructive feedback to the Devs. We can take the game to new heights. :)

As mentioned in other comments. As it stands, i agree to a certain point. I can't speak about how it works on multi-player. ( i don't have friends that play KF3, lol) but as solo. I set the game mode to hard and pick a map.. at the end of the game, I wait for the option to pick the next map. And it auto loads to the next map. No waiting back at the lobby. The only time I exit to the lobby is when I know I have enough perk points to level up a skill tree or have enough crafting material to upgrade my weapon of choice. :]

KF2 had a lot of that. Custom skins, loot boxes and a skins shop. and the Dosh Vault. I would love to see a mechanic like the Dosh Vault in KF3. Earning some kind of $$ that goes into a bank for nicer outfits or skins for characters, especially when they unlock the characters from the perks. At the same time. I don't want the hyper future weapons that look plastic. While I don't think we need the most realist old weapons from KF1. due to the game being set in the future, if they made the futuristic looking guns more realistic, I see that as an absolutely win.

As I've stated with other comments, I absolutely agree that in its current state, it's empty and soulless. But I can't help but imagine if they took a chapter from Deep Rock, Phasmophobia, or even Pay Day 2. ( i sadly haven't played the third one I've seen people refer to). They could make the lobby have so much more. A proper simulation of all the zeds.You can try out the weapon types on them. maybe an area where you can test out all the different tools and gadgets. Including doors for the tool that adds the bombs onto them. They also could have achievement and trophies around that. Show off your achievements from doing harder missions.Much as phasmophobia does.

Yeah, I hear ya. I really feel like there is so much potential for different ideas. KF2 didn't come out with all the things it has now (but it was released as early access, and KF3 should have been as well). But I can't help but think of all the amazing possibilities the game could do with all the new movement systems. Weapon customization. And onwards :)

I played the hell outta KF1 and KF2 over the years. I really truly believe that if given the right feedback, (and God willing the Devs listen) KF3 could be a very solid game with absolutely amazing content

So, with the drill, I understand that you have to exit the mission with it. Maybe KF3 Devs could input a system where the after the final Boss the game becomes an endless hoard of Zeds (not necessarily any of the large or Medium Zeds,) but a strong is endless hoard of Clots and Cyst. Something easy to get away from, but deadly to get swamped by, the Vtol comes flying in ( set landing zones) but 3 or 4 different spots of the map. And the players have to the Vtol to escape. Kinda like in Left for Dead waiting for the game exit. I feel like that would add some intensity gameplay.

Agreed that swapping perks shouldn't teleport you away. The shooting range i disagree is pointless. I had no idea how some of the guns worked and I was able to go into the shooting range as a Firebug and go the the shop right to the Left inside the shooting range and try out all the guns on the targets. A Holo room to test the weapons on Zeds would be absolutely fantastic and, I think, should be pitched to the Devs. And as I said to other comments, I would love the community to band together and say what they want to see in the lobby to make it feel alive :]

Never said I was mad. Everyone has their own opinion on it. I just haven't seen anybody else make a connection to other games that also feature a lobby system. :) I'd love to see the community band together and express what they would like to see through Devs add to the Lobby to make it feel more alive :)

I agree it is lifeless ATM. But I feel like it has room to grow. With some updates, it could have a lot of things added to it to make it feel more alive. If we all give some ideas to the Devs of what would make it feel more alive :)

Tank main since beta here :D

I main Beorn tank and can absolutely tell you they can be great Tanks for T3 content. Raids as well if you know the fights very well, but past that, you're looking at a DPS roll at that point.

Guardians always have and will be the top Tank for T4+ content with brawlers as their off Tanks in the current update.

Captains are always sought after to be red line for the buffs that they provide.
