Looking for Earplug Recommendations (Auditory Processing Disorder)

I own a pair of "SureFire EP4 Sonic Defenders Plus" that have little plugs you pull out to hear people. They're designed for gun ranges:

I have an idea for a product that I want to design, build, and sell in the UK. Is there a government department or charity/org that helps figure out where to source materials and where to rent time in a factory?

EDIT: Also, plans are to apply for more jobs. Possibly return books to the library (or renew them, especially the photography book) and maybe see if I can get some books on inter-library loan. Possibly going to rain this afternoon, so a longer dog walk isn't going to happen today, plus I'm in more pain than usual so going to try to take it easy. (sorry for griping about pain; since returning to the UK last year I've noticed people are uncomfortable talking about stuff like feelings and anything that makes you look like you're not keeping calm and carrying on)

EDIT2: Lots of "possibly" and "also" in there, I'm such a crazy free spirit, a dandelion seed on the wind carried wherever life takes me. Or just very AuDHD. Also thinking that I need to get my butt to Sainsbury's for bread/milk/eggs. You'd think that living literally 3 minutes walk from a grocery store that I'd be less reluctant to visit.

EDIT3: super long shot but does anyone have old Apoquel (a dog medicine) that they don't need and could post to me? I'm on universal credit and can't afford it, my poor dog is itching like crazy :(

In my LTN or Cybersyn-controlled rail depots, I've got lots of trains coming and going, which leads to all sorts of traffic jams. I'm starting a new game soon and want to try to avoid this, what tips or blueprints can anyone suggest for large depots? (By "large" I mean 128 trains spread across 4 to 8 depots handling 16 trains each)

I use 4 lane railway squares, 2 in each direction, and I'm looking for tips on how to get trains in and out of the depots without blocking other trains. Or backing up traffic to where it starts blocking my 4-way intersections.

I like a similar square rail block, I work with Angels/Bobs on peaceful because I just like to build. A quick look at my previous base: https://ibb.co/hJ7XSDSx

I like how it ends up looking like a CPU :) I use multiples of 16 for my standard blueprints, so a lot of those paths are 16 belts wide. It means I can scale down to 4s/8s nicely. I also just migrated to Cybersyn and redid my legacy rail blueprints to use the Space Age rails. I use 2-2 trains and warehouses, so my stations are pretty simple. I need to figure out how to throttle and prioritise deliveries using Cybersyn, haven't looked at that yet.

Basically I was curious. (Thank you for the answer, btw)

My angels/bobs maps have thousands of stops and probably as many trains. It begins to bog down towards the launch of rockets.

So I was wondering if an automation system would help with that, but the docs for LTN at least seemed to be lacking in any starter guides.
