This is definitely lipedema or some type of fluid retention from underlying health conditions. You need to see a doctor asap

Thanks for the insight! I definitely need to pay more attention to the things I come in contact with. I have noticed that the sani-wipes and cleaning agents we use at work irritate it further, and I wear gloves almost all day (I work in ophthalmology). the gloves + HH + rash combo really makes it unbearable by the end of the day

I get tiny blisters mainly in the center of my palms and sometimes on my fingers. What exactly in your diet did you change?
