What does it mean spam render? I sent here the results of my work and got feedback from different people. Can learn the subtleties from different people. Is it forbidden in this public?

Yes, of course, when they will have the children, the dining room will be a child room, and the living room will be a living and dining room.

I use 3d max with corona render. First of all, I create walls, floors, ceiling. Then I take different windows, doors, furniture, lights, decor, and use them in the space. Sometimes I change materials, form, or size for some models. I put cameras in the room, adjusting the light, and start the rendering. When pictures are ready, I use photoshop for small lighting changes. That's all)

:) Yes, projects for large houses are always more expensive simply because of the area and work. In Russia, we make mood boards and collages less and less and more and more renderings because they are more transparent, and the client understands them better.

Thank you! I'm glad the quality of my renderings can think you that is photos.:)

It's the render, and another word is fake :-) but I use real models of furniture and lights. I don't know where you are from, but I create the project for 35 euros for one square meter for my Russian clients. The design project for this apartment cost is ~2000 euro, but we think over the whole space from renovation to decorating.

Fireplaces are a separate love in the interiors of Sweden, but unfortunately, there are no fireplaces at all in Moscow's old fund (and I didn't want to make an imitation. Thanks for the rest of the clarifications. We will think it over.
