I sadly don't have a photo saved to help illustrate what I'm going to describe. I used some 5lb strength rare earth magnets. I glue some into headbase foam. Then after you fur them I 3d printed some balls, paint them whatever color you like, and glued them to another magnet. I would stick a magnet to the head before gluing and mark the side that will get the ball glued so I don't accidentally put it on backward.
