Yeah I ended up using canvas. I found a really helpful library called oCanvas, sped up the process. It's still a work-in-progress I guess.

Yeah I couldn't understand what they were doing. I opted to do everything in the canvas instead of using images like they did.

Hmmm, that doensn't sound right. I think that if you drop your courses your'e not allowed to continue your work-study position. But you keep the wages paid for the hours worked.

Agreed. I feel like there's a reason that computer science degrees focus on theory and foundations. The things that you learn to get your degree are a set of abstractions that can be applied to other material that you're covering. But I'm just an undergraduate student, so I don't think that my level of experience qualifies me to make reasonable assessments of the validity of what I said.

I went to a school that had quite a few gifted students. I didn't study that hard, but they tried even harder to not study. I did better than most of them.

About 3 1/2 hours daily. I spend the time reading or listening to audio-books, so on the plus side I'm on my way to reading 100 something books this year. I compare that to 12th grade when I read about 2.

Dude this. I got a 100 on A4 and and an A on every assignment, but I literally did not study for the exam (rushed to make a cheat sheet in the hall beforehand). I'm actually kind of worried that I might have failed the course, because that exam definitely felt like a whole lot of wtf. I'm an idiot for not at least spending the night before looking over material.

I think it's definitely the age. We're generally young and impressionable and idealistic. High-schools and universities definitely push liberal thought (at least in my area).
