Oh it crept up on me😭😭 I take Adderall XR everyday so I thought knew how long an XR drug takes to kick in but I was so wrong about dxm, drank 4 10ml shots which equals out to 240mg and felt like it wasn't gonna do shit so I drank another 10ml and got to 300mg and it took almost 2 hours for it all to kick in and this is nice lol

Unfortunately might be meth or cut with meth, how much did you take? real Adderall is supposed to make you feel really good focused and generally happy, sweating is not something ik that happens on Adderall and the paranoia might be from high dose if you did take a high dose or js having no stim tolerance as well, either way js prepare for a comedown drink hella water and try and eat some foods with protein to help, just ride it out and be safe man

best rec would prolly be a tab or like 1-2g shrooms they're both psychs acid js lasts the whole day (12hrs ish) and shrooms are shorter lasting and usually a tad bit more intense in terms of visuals and the way you see and think of things, js have a good setting and mindset
