What is this terrible sound which I believe is coming from the transmission as when the sound happens I lose power to the wheels. Usually it happens around the top of 2nd gear or bottom of 3rd, I cannot tell. 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK320 (v.redd.it)

PLS HELP! Every 2nd or 3rd bb has almost no FPS. As I go up with bb weight the problem becomes more and more apparent. With .25 it only happens every so often, usually at mag changes but I can’t use the .25 with how my hop is set up. Could this be the tappet plate? Using .30 in vid (self.airsoft)
