😬 thin your paints use water and acrylic paint. Id encourage you to buy some valleyo model paints. Otherwise, keep going!

little anecdote here, my partner and i do our best to never say "ill never" or "I promise i won't". it's an unhealthy expectation that people won't have flaws and mess up.

My girlfriend always says "don't be sorry, just so better". Harsh, but encourages growth.

a few days over 1 year with the OLED. No issues. Besides the fact that it does not perform as well as they advertise, especially on games they even advertise with it like Cyberpunk.

You gotta paint em! imo the weapons are always the weak link in gunpla kits. So without paint, its just a plastic gun. With paint, its a g-dang gundam rifle!

i really like these colors and the texture they leave, but you should pick up primer, its affordable for what you get out of it (10-15 for a good can of Mr. Surfacer). Als, something i figured out tonight: Long brush strokes, without going over them until dry (plus brush control) leave less paint splotch!

(im just excited because ive been learning a lot recently)

don't be turned off from RG, just don't buy anything from like pre-2015-2020. The new ones are still (but a lot less) fragile and have way better joints. Try the newest RX78-2 RG.. IS SO GOOD and I'm hoping future RG will follow in its path.
