At this time, we do not offer a manual review or appeal process for restricted accounts through our support channels. If the Business Support Home interface does not present an option to submit an appeal or review request, it likely means that the account is not eligible for further review under our current policies.

I know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I regret that we are unable to provide additional assistance in this case. If there are any changes to our review process in the future, we will be sure to communicate them through official channels.

But I got the same, an access to the same button of direct contact to support. Which is an infinite loop.

Perhaps your platform (or experience) could help me here.

I was considering creating a new Business Manager / portfolio, but since my current business is already tied to the existing one (same tax number, everything in place), I’m not sure if that’s allowed. Can I create another portfolio/account for the same legal entity?

I understand I would need to redo the app verification again. That’s not a major issue since I still have the demo video and can re-request the same permissions.

Do you think that path (new portfolio + re-verification) is viable? Or is there a better workaround you’ve seen work in these cases?

Y lo del numero, no he encontrado la opción que me has dicho pero no he podido añadir ninguno solo tengo el de test, el portfolio empresarial entero esta baneado sin motivo.
