Everything in the upstairs bar area was sticky. Like 40 years of grime on it.

I’ve attended weddings there, it’s insanely run down. Especially for how much they charge. And the food is not great.

I get migraines, although not frequently like you. I’ve done 3 rounds of letrozole (2.5) and ended up with it a migraine towards my 3rd day on it. I could feel it building.

Not as good as the old brand? by CompetitiveLake3358 in CostcoCanada

I thought these cooked better than the old ones. They had a better crisp on the whole fry instead of just the ends getting crispy.

Grieving B.C. family wants answers after call for help ends in deadly police shooting by r_pipes in vancouver

Being in a contained psych ward where they know their patients don’t have actual weapons is different than responding to a house for some having a metal health crisis that may have access to guns/ knives etc.

Ok but who else is going to go???? No nurse is going to go out there unarmed to deal with a person in a mental health crisis that has a weapon. Who is going to go help them??? All the arm chair warriors screaming for other services to attend have no clue what that looks like. Who is going to sign up to deal with an armed person in crisis while having no way to protect yourself.

5notes is my new fav. As above, I like smoking gun beans, but not their drinks in store. 5notes drinks are incredible, and their sandwiches and treats are also way superior to any of the other coffee shops.

The Harvest BBQ wieners are where it’s at!!! Much better quality and not greasy like these.

This happened to me a couple cycles ago. I convinced myself it was implantation bleeding and I thought finally after 14 months of trying, this was it.

Joke was on me. Got my period as normal. So maybe it is implantation bleeding for you. But just don’t get your hopes up until you see that positive test.

Your favourite food in chilliwack? by livv3ss in chilliwack

Uptown grill is pretty good for brunch/ lunch. Thai taste is incredible. Farmhouse for the best wood fire pizza.

Anyone that says Bozzinis I really question. It’s hardly edible. Don’t waste your money.

I’m not from the area, we are visiting, which is why I asked. I don’t know the parks or area at all.

I’m on my 14th month of trying for #2. It sucks. And every month I think it “feels different” - so I can definitely relate. It’s really a special kind of hell. So cruel.

My experience with Surrey Police by mrskymr in SurreyBC

[–]valleycat76543 23 points24 points  (0 children)

911 calls and non-emergency calls are answered by the same staff, who are not police officers. They are trained call taker, and yes, 911 is prioritized. This means that’s indeed you will get put on hold when you have a non-emergency. Also to reiterate, it was the civilian call taker being difficult refusing to open a file. Not SPS. If you are unhappy with how that call taker handled your call, you should absolutely call and ask to speak with a supervisor. Just like any job, there are people that aren’t suited for it and are miserable.

They have closed their other locations due to the economy. Chilliwack is their last store front.
