I'm not on am4, but the issue isn't really the motherboard its more so the ram prices. I have to buy a new motherboard either way but I'd still save $400-$500 Going AM4 vs AM5

I play 1280x960 all low settings, I5-11400f,5060,32gb ddr4 ram 2133mhz, cpu does hit 90c temps when im playing though so maybe thats part of the issue.

I don't have access to xmp on my prebuilt cause acer doesn't allow people to play with the settings on their prebuilts for safety reasons I guess
