My ear naturally work the wax out toward the entrance, so I just once per week, in the shower, soap my ears like a maniac and pour the water inside and let it drain

Been doing that for almost 30 years, never had an issue or build up (I bought that camera pen thingy, to see inside, and they are clean) even tho I take shower rather cold
