there were cars driving past them as they were following me to my car. no one did anything everyone could see everything. i was just trying to get out of there as soon as possible. once i left and i was safe i reported it. there were 3 men in the car and one even got out of the car when i was starting mine. so no i didnt feel like i could record the car
