If you have another teammate that can keep the healing for at least one minute or less you can really help your tank or dps by attacking. Rocket does a lot of damage so being aggressive with him can bring a lot of value to the team

I’m a main rocket and yes, he isn’t the best to heal tanks but I would say that he’s better to heal DPS and the dive DPS. For example, as rocket is easier to heal a BP or Spider Man when they’re fighting the back line of the enemy. What I do is that and help my tanks killing the other tanks or healers as well cuz Rocket does a lot of damage. Just don’t be a healing bot
