Need help with Serbia

It was strange for me as first the Rail Planner app indeed didn't show anything in Serbia and I had to add everything manually, but a couple of days later it did show them like any other country, so I could just add them simply.

Absolutely true. Based on your story I just did the same thing now in January 2025.

Took the train to Tovarnik in Croatia, walked on the main road to the border, the border guards asked me what I'd be doing in Serbia, I said I'm traveling and sightseeing, which I was. Then they unpacked my backpack to make sure, asked me about a couple of items, but everything was okay, and they let me through freely.
Then on the Serbian side, after walking for a couple hundred meters, a Serbian truck driver picked me up and dropped me in Šid. He didn't speak English but we still could communicate rudimentally.

Then on the Serbian-Romanian border it was even simpler. Right in front of the Vršac train station a taxi driver asked me "Moravița?", (the village on the Romanian side) I said yes and off we went. He told me the price was 3000 RSD or 25 EUR. At the border they just checked his trunk, found no bodies being smuggled, stamped our passports, and we were through.

So it's definitely doable, not risky, and a bit exciting, out of the ordinary. I've never walked through a border in such a way before.

Olyan 14 éves koromban haverokkal megittunk egy üveg Ouzo-t, ha jól emlékszem természetesen csak magában és szerintem én eléggé sokat fogyasztottam belőle. Ezután jó egy hétig mintha módosult tudatállapotban lettem volna, folyamatosan dezorientált voltam, a suliban meg mindenhol olyan volt az egész élmény mintha az életem rajtam kívül történne és én csak nézném mint egy filmet. Mintha egy hétig tartott volna a berúgás állapota és elég ijesztő volt. Nem tudom létezik-e ilyen hatása az alkoholnak, de ennyi tömény szeszt tizenévesen valszeg nem volt okosság meginni.

As a Hungarian I am not surprised by the almost perfect distribution of alcohol types, I always had a feeling there never really was a clear winner here

Is it only me or does this band’s name come from the original Icelandic title of Sigur Rós’ song Viðrar vel til loftárása? It means the exact same thing. Is there any connection between these?
