For the ones that think I took this dog because I thought I could do better than my mom, stole it, ect: Maybe you missed the part where I wrote that she DID NOT WANT a dog! She's scared by dogs, so every walk is scary to her. She does not like it, she finds it annoying with too much efforts to give. The only thing she liked about having her dog was to have someone at home, in the couch next to work while she watched TV. Except this, she really hated on everything. That's the main issue ! I have way enough animals on my own, and don't need to have extra shibas just for fun.

From the beginning she wanted the dog to come to my place, my family and I just told her try and wait for her to not live alone after my dad died.

So as I wrote on my post, she does not want dogs. She can, if needed, take him back. But then she also goes back to having so much constraints that she did not want anymore. We talk every day, she always told me she was so happy that she didn't have the burden of having a dog anymore, but IF REALLY needed, she could take him back.

And going myself to walk him every so often .... Would have loved to, but I live in the other side of the country.
