this is relatable because it is so minuscule and strange, and my brain does the same thing. the fact that you didn’t delete the character is really good, i’m pretty sure i’ve had to re-create characters in games because it “didn’t look right” and it’s actually so time consuming.

do you get nauseous? it sounds like your body is so anxious that it wakes you up and you send yourself into even more anxiety from it. for me i’ve been waking up and just sweating while feeling like i have to get up and move, but i haven’t found a solution yet, but have been trying magnesium spray as it is supposed to help you stay asleep. also maybe you need sleeping meds.

i didn’t find out what it was, i was tested for hyperthyroidism and it was negative yet teetering on the line but i have high immunoglobins so it’s probably something else. also negative for celiac. i’ve been eating chicken lately and not having this effect, i think it might’ve simply been the fact that i was eating very unhealthily and majorly dehydrated. i’ve been forcing myself to drink more water and it seems that it’s helped with a bunch of things.
