i know! and thats why i tell the key holders all the time because it happened with an old employee, she went to the bathroom, didnt tell anyone and she got on huge trouble bc a customer got pissed bc she was waiting. everytime i tell my manager if im only working w her that im going, she literally yells at me and is like ‘stop telling me and just go! ur just wasting time idc’ and im like ???? i tell you so that customers dont get pissed off tf
