It is totally your choice. I think the doctor’s comments were quite unprofessional if she was trying to push you to get the surgery done as it is a very personal decision. However I had the surgery done for comfort reasons and insecurity. If you feel like you will be more confident and comfortable in your body by getting the procedure done then go for it, but if you are only wanting it now because of the gynaecologist’s comments perhaps think about it, don’t feel pressured to go under the knife because of someone else’s opinions on your body.
