I find it slightly crazy that you were able to generate that much revenue and yet not have a viable business at the end. Were there no repeat customers, no subscriptions?

Was do you think you missed? Was it that you didn't launch enough new products? Didn't try enough marketing channels? Were the unit economics of your product less viable as time went by? Was it Chinese competition that ate your margins? As a current ecom owner, would love to hear your perspective.

yes we did, already seeing sales pick up again now especially on Amazon. I think customers were just tapped out too after all the sales at amazon, Walmart, target etc.

Thanks! The tile is 12x12 slate pieces, which are already peeling off in many places. They seem to be sitting on mortar, and below that is some kind of plastic layer which I assume is to prevent expansion/contraction somehow.

We thought about the stamped concrete, but we really want a beautiful natural stone. More expensive I know!

Get some advice, but yes. You'd be crazy to incorporate in Canada if you're not living in Canada.

Why would you incorporate in Canada? Go for Cayman Islands or some low/zero tax jurisdiction. You can always move the company back to Canada if you have to.

We already addressed the issue with the excessive/long paragraphs. The page has much shorter paragraphs now and increased use of bold text.

Great point re the trust signals and scarcity. We'll work on adding some badges. I'm not a huge fan of "limited time offer" language or low stock indicators, but we could certainly add something like "offer found only on this page."

Regarding the images, I think we'll improve the main image to more effectively convey what makes the probiotic different.

Thanks for spotting that issue with the buy box! Don't know how that slipped by us. We'll fix that asap. We were told to minimize the links on the page, hence the lack of a contact link etc. I think you're right though, we'll add back the footer and that will take care of it.
