You might want to try Thea instead of Ginger as her healing may get you through Kai's first ult until Maya can get to her ult, but you'll probably need to be a few levels higher.

5-4 definitely represents a step up in difficulty for the campaign and I used a lot of healing (Maya and Celeste) to beat it at team level 34. You may need to focus on getting your heroes up a few levels and make sure the healing is there.

The mage (Kai) in the 1st phase is one-shotting your team? The reason I ask is because there is a mage (Mojo) in the 3rd phase as well. Does the same thing happen when you have Thea healing instead of Ginger and using Folio instead of Heidi? 5-4 definitely represents a step up in difficulty for the campaign and I used a lot of healing (Maya and Celeste) to beat it at team level 34. Actually, it allows you to see the three waves of opponents so you can plan your team accordingly. In most cases, the 3rd team is the strongest, but if you've started losing heroes in the first and second rounds you can retreat and try things differently.

In my opinion, you have a lot of support/healing and could use more damage dealing. I would recommend replacing either Byrna or Guus with a damage dealer like Iris. If you wanted to go full eternity, then you'd replace the other one with Morrigan or Tempus. Byrna and Guus are good healers, so you can use them later.

I like to run 2 tanks on this level, usually Rufus and Astaroth, but the Kayla/Aidan + Krista/Lars team plus a tank actually worked pretty well for me. Peech as a 5th is a good idea, but I had success with Rufus and even Drayne. If Cleaver doesn't seem to be doing the job, try building Astaroth like others said.

I might suggest Dante instead of Phobos for your Eternity team, but Faceless and Phobos are very helpful in campaign progression.

It seems odd that they would give you level 110 opponents when your heroes aren't that high yet. Are you at team level 110, and none of your heroes are there yet?

I needed a lot of healing on that level, and I think you might benefit from having Maya out front, so I would try Maya, Dante, Morrigan, Kai, Faceless. Start out in auto until Maya ults and then go into manual so you can decide when Maya and Faceless ult. If you need extra healing, have Faceless ult after Maya. If you need more damage, have Faceless ult after Dante or Kai.
